90s short length were the best. Early 2000's the worst. I hate baggy shorts. There should be a rule where shorts have to be above the knee. Most players these days are usually wearing them above the knee except a few. The ones that come to mind with the super baggy shorts are kobe(baggy jersey too), ty lawson and jlin.
