Hoyer completed some passes against the Falcons' 3rd string playing prevent with a 3 man rush....but still managed to get sacked at one point, Novak has no leg, but he can make extra points.

Novak missed a 50+ yarder, but made his extra points and seemed to do ok on kickoffs, only 1 was returned

But how were we down 42-0 at one point?!

Is our offense really that inept? And did our defense suck cus they suck or just because they had to stay on the field so long because the offense couldn't get jack **** done?

Mallett got benched, but only because the score was out of reach. He showed really good accuracy, but all his incompletions were a result of drops. Also, the OLine failed to give him 17 seconds of time in the pocket until he could go through all his progressions.

Pretty much, every position played poorly...but Mallett showed that he's a franchise QB.

Well, the defense couldn't stop anything all day long and for a lot of the game, the Falcons' DB's were getting away with absolutely molesting the Texans' WR's along with inaccurate passes by Mallett and even more dropped passes that hit guys in the hands.

    Garrett Graham is completely worthless.

The running game also never got going.

It was pretty much failure at every level.

We were down by 42 points and you want to know how the kicker looked?

We had a tipped interception... Derek newton striped the ball from foster and CJ Fedoriwitz coughed up the ball also. We never got started on either side and it was horrible.

With Mallet, the offense was completely inept.

His accuracy is the worst in the league since Tim Tebow.

Defense could key on the run and not worry about Mallet connecting on anything deep or even going through any progressions for that matter

I don't know. Maybe the coaches had a little something to do with it. And the players, yeah, maybe just a tiny bit.

The only bright part about Novak is that he can make extra points. He has no leg whatsoever which means he's not capable of 50 yard FG's or forcing touchbacks on kickoffs. I guess that's a positive.

Agreed BOB has known for some time now that his team had no QB. Fitzpatrick looked like Steve Young this morning compared to the two guys we rolled the dice with. Offense hasn't looked this bad since 2004ish.

Mallett might be the worst starting QB in Texans history... And that's saying something

All our other QBs managed at least a QB rating in the 70s.

Mallet was in the 60s...BEFORE today's game.

2nd worst. Dave Ragone made Tim Tebow look like a good passer
