Is that difficult to understand? Well, let me explain it.

They have their number 1 starter tonight, if he loses, and we should win, then is a .5 game difference, with us playing very bad teams and they still have 1 more game with Detroit (good offense) and 4 very tough games with Angels, fighting for a WC spot.

If they lose tonight is going to be very difficult for the Rangers to keep it going, especially at home as they are very good on the road, but struggle a little bit at home.

    Difficult????

If they lose, i think we get the division

That's all you had to say, and that's exactly how you should say it... its your personal thoughts... if they keep losing, you don't THINK they'll win the division (which really isn't all that in-depth or analytical, but whatever).

That's all very different from what you actually said.

So the Rangers "struggle a little bit at home", but I guess you're oblivious to how we've played on the road?

Looking at the remaining schedule, if the Astros win today and tomorrow they have a very good shot of making the postseason. Have our top three guys going in Arizona and miss Corbin while the Angels and Rangers have to play each other.

How is Hinch going to manage the rotation for the rest of the regular season? When will Keuchel be used this weekend? If you use Keuchel it throws a monkey wrench into any 1 game playoff. If he goes Friday you could throw him in the AL wild card game on 3 days rest.

Luhnow just said they're just going to go with the current rotation as is (seeing that they pretty much have to win every game till they know they don't).

    Kazmir
    Keuchel
    McCullers
    McHugh.

Maybe if they have a better idea that they'll be in at least a playoff by Sunday (whether its the wild card or a one game playoff for the division and/or wild card)... they could pull back McHugh and go with Fiers (who'd be on full rest), but chances are Sunday's results are still going to be very important to determining whether or not they get to play the following day.

Yeah, guess he slipped it out that Keuchel will be going on Friday.

He specifically said "Kazmir, Kuechel, McCullers, McHugh" when exclaiming that we have our best 4 pitchers left for the last 4 games.
