For the price, Cruzan Single Barrel is really awesome though likely out of the price range you designated. It is good enough to drink neat but I prefer it in mixed drinks and cocktails.

10 Cane Rum is my favorite, don't have it all the time though. I also like Captain Morgan Private Stock and Parrot Bay 90. For the novelty of it...RedRum. Just add a tiny bit of grenadine To the glass for color.
