Haha, if only it was that easy. But that is another example of genetics playing a role in your weight I'd say
I remember being told that Asians can't get fat. Welcome to Houston. The video posted above mentions 1 in 1000 having a genetic disorder that favors being obese. However, the equation is still calories in calories out. Oh, and don't go getting fat and telling me it's economic growth or progress or some BS like that - you're just fat.
What's your measurements hombre? Include wingspan, hand size, 3/4 court, body fat %, no step vert, max vert. Thanks in advance.
That's pretty good actually. Depending on his frame. My father is 6'0 130 Not malnourished or anything, just a super thin frame and healthy eater with little muscle mass.
I can do a 40 in 5 seconds and by 40 I mean a 40 ounce and by 5 seconds I mean that's when I p***y out and start gagging. Damn. I always think 6' = will never weigh less than 180.
160 isn't bad. My ideal weight would be 175. I'm at 200 right now, 6 0. I'd rather be a little too thin. This belly is unpleasant.... But I can only blame myself for the weight gain.
id like to be at about 180-185 and 7-8% body fat. there is a chance i could do that but i would have to take a lot of time, effort, and money to get there. i could always do a few rounds of steroids i suppose. i have never looked into that though.
I am about 6-0 and a little over 160. I think that is a normal weight. I can rep 225 on the bench and 335 on the squat so I am not super weak, but I am not super strong either. I think 6-0 200 is more the size of athletes. Most of us are not athletes so we don't need to be that big.
Exactly. I'm not super fat at 200 but I have some extra flab. If my shoulders were broader, I'd look just fine... But they're not ha.
People get fat because they get complacent with themselves. I was living the good life eating fast food whenever I was hungry. At every red light I was getting a shake. Soon it becomes a big issue as it becomes an addiction. I was working out so I thought it was just bulking, you can never out work a bad diet. I broke that vicious cycle by eating less and educating myself. I gotten way stronger by eating less and eating healthier. Pull ups with 75 lbs for reps attached to my waist.
Some study showed that people underestimate their weight "status." When you are surrounded by fat people, you may not think you're fat
