Black Lives Matter is an honorable movement and is in no way racist

Yes, the truth that the BLM movement was started by and is pushed by radicals and racists and is based on lies has been proven many times over.

 

CW, there are idiots of all races , colors, etc.... but there is a huge difference in one or two individuals acting like idiots than an overwhelming majority of a group chanting "Pigs in a blanket, Fry them like bacon."

If you can't see that then you are so eat up with racism there is no hope for you. You are so eat up with hate it is probably uncomfortable to you. I guess you were raised to hate? It is a very sad situation.

 

You look for cracks to keep your illusion on reality. You do not think. You are incapable of questioning your view of the world. What I see you do is dismiss an argument by reverting to the flaws.

It's like one can look at a beautiful painting, find the flaw, and say the whole painting is a piece of crap and all art therefore is crap because it has flaws.

No one said BLM was perfect. No one says it's pure. No movement is.

But the fact that is undisputable is that blacks are treated unfairly by police departments. That is well documented EVEN BY POLICE DEPARTMENTS.

And blacks are so frustrated by it and being a target, that they are angry and BLM is an expression of that anger. It's a movement in need of better leadership? Yes. But that doesn't delegitimize the cause. Which is what you are doing.

When you commit felonies....you get convicted for committing felonies. How is getting convicted of crimes the same as advocating murder?

They think that because a black man became president, racism doesn't exist and now it's reversed, white people who support blacks quest for equality are the real racists.

Logic and rationality doesn't work with the right. These are people who have crazy beliefs. They are the people who think the world is 6,000 years old and that world is cooling and all problems are caused by people unlike themselves.

 

One march does not make up the many people in BLM nor do they make up millions of African Americans. Your problem is you take one stupid chant by one group and use it to stereotype and vilify an entire group.

This is a good article showing how people are being racist against BLM. You guys do it too. Anytime a black cop is killed by a black man - you guys blame BLM. That's a racist attack - same thing that was done by conservatives against MLK in the 60's. They accused him of creating more violence. BLM obviously isn't this pure movement, but they aren't evil doers either that you make them out to be. It's disgusting. It's pathetic. And it's borderline evil.

Yeah, it's difficult to grasp the complete ignorance. Somehow it's not the data and the realities in certain communities that are behind this movement but rather some stupid chant. Like what?

 

It's because all they see in the right-wing-nut media they watch is that chant and the message that BLM is violent - so they believe it. And to account for the discontinuity with the facts presented to them, they just say that's all "left-wing" media propaganda. This way their bubble is ensured to be protected. And their ignorance can be maintained.

You notice that they never actually address any facts you or I put up. They simply dismiss them and go back to the "chant" as their proof. They have nothing but allegorical tales. No stats, no proof, no acknowledgement of the 100's of studies, reports, and self-admissions by police departments. They toss all of that out and just follow the poop that is spoon fed into their brains.

 

Yes. It reminds me of those kids in NYC in the Occupy movement protesting, among other things, because they couldn't find jobs in this economy after it was decimated by Wall Street and then some idiot telling them to get a job.

 

Yup. Any movement attracts its share of wackos on both sides of the fence. The tea party was a manufactured movement though based on a SuperPac. To me the Tea Party movement was more like MoveOn.org.

Occupy and BLM are true grass roots. Both will die out though. And that's because movements need amazing leaders to sustain them and keep the message focused - you don't get an MLK everyday.

 

Have you never seen the statistics on black versus white crime?

yea I've seen statistics that say black people are more likely to get convicted under the same exact crimes than white people. Have you seen those statistics?
