Shane needs to somehow return to this organization. Smart fellow, I know he can contribute somehow.

Yall hear that. Shane said "You dont have to be best buddies with you team mates but you have to have a mutual respect" (Regarding Dwight and Harden not buddy buddies)

Nothing new here. Kareem and Magic weren't even friends, but they had the same goal. They knew they needed each other to win.

Dwight does not seem to grasp that concept fully though. That's why I think if he doesn't show willingness to commit to the pick and roll with both Harden & Ty, that he needs to pack his bags and go. Demanding touches in the post, results in every standing around and many times it's a TO. It was so frustrating in game 1 / 2 of the WCF when he lost the ball on several occasions in the post. All analysts point out that we are pretty bad when we force feed him and Dwight insists on getting many touches in the post so that needs to go.

Shaq and Kobe got it done, but Phil had something to do with that.

Wexler? Nice, he needs to be on more of these.

The problem with Howard is that he falls off the rails too quickly when calls are going against him. Once he gets a bad call, he'll try to retaliate against the guy guarding him and obviously gets caught for it and gets T'd up. There's a pattern of this going back to Orlando.

We need to offer him a coaching role ASAP, preferably head coach.
