    If we presume they are seeing the exact same thing at the review center, how do they justify this? There's no grey area here, he was absolutely safe.

    Don't be sarcastic. There is some correlation to showing emotion when it comes to motivating your players.... don't know how much but when your manager is a robot it is hard to feed off of his energy.
