wow two tough ones but I was enjoying the game regardless, treat of a season but I think we can turn this around duck fallas
This is troll-level trolling on an epic troll scale; LCD-baiting nonsense. First and foremost, no team's standard should be perfection; they'll all make mistakes. Secondly, while this should be obvious- they don't play the same position; it's not an easy 1:1. Valbuena has been unfathomably bad. His OPS is down nearly 80 points; who could have seen that sharp a decline? Especially after three years of steady increase as Valbuena reached his prime. I mean, his drop-off is off-the-charts insane. But you can't let known results recast a trade that made sense last winter. He represented a significant upgrade over Matt Dominguez and Fowler, who I did like, was oft-injured. Plus, while Fowler is having a nice season, it should be noted that his OB% is his lowest since 2010 and represents a 25-point drop-off from last year.
do you ALWAYS talk **** to ANYONE that complains about ANYTHING astros related? You seem like a big whining baby yourself. Anything anti Astros or Anti Luh and you get butthurt like someone is talking smack about your baby.
Well, at least this flop won't top Houston's biggest ones. Although the fact DAL being the cause makes it worse. Are we really going to finish the season playing .200 baseball in 1-run road games? I still think we turn it around. Guys getting healthy, quickly, would be nice.

no he doesn't. he has his back until he's failed enough times to satisfy hinch, much like qualls before the break.
Also, trading Fowler is essentially what allowed us to sign Rasmus. The dollars freed up by moving Fowler made that happen. I'm not sure how else we could have solved 3B for ~$4 million. It definitely wasn't Matt Dominguez.
Because Keuchel tonight <iframe width="854" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/9jK-NcRmVcw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Marwin is back. Still don't know what Stassi has to do to get a start. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">9/16 <a href="https://twitter.com/astros">@astros</a> lineup at TEX Springer RF Altuve 2B Correa SS Gattis DH Rasmus LF Carter 1B Gonzalez 3B Conger C Marisnick CF Keuchel P</p>— MLB Lineups (@mlblineups) <a href="https://twitter.com/mlblineups/status/644244452328914945">September 16, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
With all the arguments seeing after last night game in this forum, i have to say that i like what is going on, and this forum is going to continue growing, improving and be the best forum to talk about Astros baseball out there. Yesterday i saw many people talking baseball, and giving facts toward the debacle of OUR TEAM. Some FACTS that many of us have been saying for at least 2 month, and now even reporters are saying the SAME things we did a long time ago. Is suppose to be the other way around, right? Reporters should say things and we get notice, but no, here we are ahead of many people, because we know the sport, and we are saying what we see. Now, here are my 2 cents about the issues of the forum police members vs the negative Nancy, look, allow ALL people express themselves, if you don't like them/me, just ignore them/me, it works, i've done that with 7 or 8 guys, and it really helps. If someone comes here to talk baseball, or just frustrated because we lost and writes about it, just let them do it. Before, the forum had FEW members and it was all cordial. Now we have many members with different opinions, allow them to express themselves. (By the way, i think Castor is doing a great job). I respect every forum member that talks baseball, or just talk their feelings toward the astros, i don't like the police forum members that try to banned people just because they say GAME OVER? How is this world a person gets mad because a forum member says GAME OVER? Really? Or because he says 20 times Hinch sucks. If you don't like it, you have options, ignore, but let people talk, and more important, respect what they are saying. DONT TAKE IT PERSONAL, WE ARE ALL ASTROS FANS. Look today i was talking with a person and i was saying how good the Astros are, that we are going to win tonight and that our future is going to be even better. If you are talking with other people that are not Astros fan, you protect and talk positive about your team, but in a forum where EVERYONE IS AN ASTROS FAN, then we should be able to be open and they what we think, because a forum is like a family, we say the truth and respect each other.
Stassi needed to be a better hitter in AAA (and overall in general). I don't expect much of a running game against Keuchel. Carter starting two games in a row for the first time since?
Eh, the can's open and worms are everywhere. The only hope is for the Astros to be bad again and that's not going to happen anytime soon.
