People forget how young he still is. He has crazy talent, but he hasn't come close to refining it really yet. A switch hitter with his wheels that can play 2B/SS/3B/LF/CF has serious value on the bench.
Had pop up behind the plate that he took days to run after and he missed it and fell all over the place
Had a .787 OPS against LHP coming into tonight too. Real interesting guy if he can keep his mistakes to a minimum.
I still think Vilar is a regular SS in the majors, only need to be consistent with the throws as he covers a lot of ground and has a great arm, plus top speed and can hit from both sides of the plate. By the way, Kazmir has pitched great, only ONE bad pitch in 7 innings.
