While it was a bad at bat, Rasmus should have broke for home to at the very least stay out of the DP.

Guarantee you Marisnick (or Jeff Bagwell) would not only have prevented the DP, but may have even scored. Force the issue... you gotta know the options at that point (slow runner at the plate, for-sure DP ball, odds of scoring by running there... vs. somebody bringing you in with 2 outs). Hell, run on the inside of the bag like that Angels player did last game, that made Lowrie think twice about a throw home.
They've made great solid contact against him... I wouldn't mind seeing the top of the order get another crack or two.
