how can you assume that our o line sucks when we ran the ball well and our missing a lg? 2 sacks came with the chiefs overloading one side and the TE never shifting. Another one, hoyer held the ball too long on what should have been a short route.

The Cheifs had 5 sacks, 5 tackles for loss and 4 QB hits. That's isn't good. Not to Mention 7 passes deflected

Yeah but 4 of them were on Hoyer, who invites sacks by sucking.

they have one of the best d lines. coming into this season, i only feared miami's front 7, bills front 7 and KC's. It's always going to be tough against those teams. I gave you the list of how they got their sacks, 2 on scheme, 2 where hoyer held it too long. I switched to the astros when the mallet sack happened.

Also about the sacks, it's not like KC has some trash Dline. They have a top 5 Dline if you ask me. Hoyer didn't help. He looked shook out there. Reminded me a lot of Schaub in his later years.

Exactly, they were gifted 14 points by Hoyer and we lost by 7.

Misses pass interference calls that were pretty blatant

1st PI would of put the team in relative easy FG range

2nd PI would of gave the offense the ball at the 1 yard line

Wilfork is a DT so it's kind of not a good idea tracking tackles for him. A better stat would be to see how he affected the running game since that is his main duty, keeping the LBs clean to stop the runner which they did a pretty good job of today.

What Wilfork brings to the table shows up in that uni though. Hoping that Texas heat would get him in a little better shape.

As I watch Mariotta and the t*** hang 35 first half points on "Famous Jameis" and the Bucs, I can only wonder if this is payback from the Gods for Bud Adams. But seriously, the Texans game went about what I expected. I had no confidence in either Texans QB going into the season and still don't. Until BoB & Rick solve the QB problem, this will continue to be a .500 team. A totally crappy performance and now we get to enjoy a week of QB controversy. What fun....

DHop said after the game that the first int by Hoyer was his fault, ran wrong route.

His route has nothing to do with Hoyer not even looking to that side of the field before throwing and then chucking a duck up there for anyone to catch

Hopkins is just being a good teammate. Hoyer threw it RIGHT to the defense. Even if Hopkins messes up his route Hoyer has to do anything but throw a INT in his own 20. Better to take a sack or just throw it over Hop's head.

I imagine receivers run wrong routes all the time. It's up to the qb to read and react a little better.

exactly, a savvy safe grizzled vet throws that to the cheerleaders. Alex smith was in a similar situation just let it sail out of bounds. last resort, go into fetal position.
