LOL......... She is tested probably more than any athlete. Never failed a test. Haters gonna to Hate. BTW.....before this loss, she Had the Serena slam already. All 4 majors at one time. She was going for 5 straight.
I don't think there's any reason to suspect she's doing anything illegal, but I'm not sure this is much of a defense. Lance Armstrong made the same claim for many years.
Ronda Rousey is just as muscular as Serena and just as dominant in her sport. You love Ronda but hate Serena? weird.
I was incredibly disappointed to see Serena lost today, but I have to admit that seeing Vinci play so well and hearing her speak after the match was a lot of fun. I think she won herself a lot of fans today. In the end, Serena just played with fire one too many times. The odds said that, if she kept dropping first sets, she was going to lose a match eventually. I just didn't think it would be against Vinci.
She's also such a poor loser. Very cold to reporters who are asking her question. Why is she so testy when confronted with the streak ending and not being able to win the calendar slam? She didn't seem to have any problem with it while she was winning. She's also on the court grunting like a caveman. But yeah, I'm supposed to worship serena. Serena has the same bad attitude and sportsmanship as Floyd Mayweather.
Watching Serena lose was one of the happiest moments I've ever had watching tennis. That was amazing! Thank god that poor sport, Serena lost this match. She's a disgrace. Serena is in excellent shape. She shouldn't have to lie about her weight. She's in a position to say, "Yes, I'm in shape. I'm not fat but I do weigh 170 lbs. Instead she says she weighs 155 which is lighter than her sister. Look at the two of them. Serena is a liar and poor sport. I love seeing her lose. Vinci gave a great interview afterwards. She was hilarious. My appreciation of her went up 10 fold.
Germany's border is as porous as Steffi's nose -- numerous clogged pores -- black and whiteheads everywhere.
I would like Serena more if only she followed the orders of the police even if they were in the wrong.
Ultimately, I'd like her to be a little more kind and gentle to the media after a loss, but think about it from her perspective. She just lost a match that she was supposed to run away with. And no matter how much she denied it, she was feeling pressure building up from the time she won at Roland Garros, through winning Wimbledon, and then into the US Open. Every move she made, on court or off, over the entire summer was viewed through the lens of how it potentially affected her chance of winning the Grand Slam. That's got to be tiresome. What we saw in that post-match interview was that pressure valve finally being released. Again, not saying it's ok, but I can understand why she reacted that way. She doesn't need to do anything else in her career to cement her legacy (no matter how much ESPN asks that question over and over again), but this was just about the last thing that she could possibly knock off the list, and she missed a golden opportunity to do so.
