Ah, OK... well, there ya go. So they figure him out, forget that they figured him out for a year or two, then re-figure him out all over again. Got it. Makes sense.

I never said he wasn't good, just that it's not like going against AD or Marshawn Lynch, if he gets more than 70 0r 80 yards the whole defense needs to be doing pushups.

Going to be a defensive battle. The Texans win this one 13-9.

If only the WRs didn't need a QB throwing them the ball.

I expect it to be low scoring.

So that means it'll probably be high scoring.

    Texans 31

    Chiefs 13

Hoyer throws three TDs, Blue runs for one.

I'm saying that Kubiak is inflexible, and after a while teams no longer bite on his play action, they start jumping in front of his zone read cut back rushing plays, and they intercept those quick out passes leading to Matt Schaub's signature Pick 6's.

I have no dog in this fight, but I'll just say that that guy has contributed far more to this forum, especially in terms of quality, over the years, than you have in your short stay here. The "be a better poster" rhetoric is getting old. So is the constant arguing of the same points over and over again. As are the constant nearly personal level attacks that are launched for people disagreeing with you.

Its an understatement to say that this forum was loads better before a couple posters came around, including you. Although I do sometimes agree with your posts and appreciate the occasional twitter blurbs. Ibused to get excited when I saw new posts on this part of the forum, as I figured it'd be something worth reading. Lately, especially in the last year and a half or so, 70% of the new posts are just bickering, arguing, or some thread being hijacked to beat a skeletonized horse.

With that said, can we just keep that crap out of here and talk football. No more personal attacks. No more Andre Johnson. No more Teddy Bridgewater. No more dredging up the same old arguments. This is the Houston Texans forums. Let's talk Houston Texans football.

    I'm pumped for the season.

Really not meaning to offend you, to be honest. I doubt it'll do much, though.

The Internet is a place where people can act like little kids, ones which would prefer negative attention to none at all.

Bobby's annoying. But even more annoying are the 4 posts after Bobby pointing out that he's annoying. I know to skip over (or at least skim through and get what I expect from) Bobby posts. I don't know to skip over posters I like complaining about Bobby.

Same goes for cangerjoo or whatever the guy's name is in the Astros forum.

Look, maybe he was a good poster once upon a time, but when his posts are just non-football whining....it's part of the problem. I would agree that we need more football talk around here and less of the constant whiny BS. If you or anyone doesn't like what I post....I don't care. I don't think anyone cares. Whine to your dog and leave this forum to Texans discussion.

To be clear, you weren't the one doing it, so I'm not really talking about you, it's just the nonsense is old and tired.
