Very good starting 4 atm. Very athletic, great size and strength. Your guys can score in multiple ways and defend. Pick&roll should be deadly with Big-O setting up KG and Ewing. All are above average in posting up, you should have some size advantages.
My suggestion would be to add a 3&d wing or good shooting SG to complement the other starters.

Another guy who can really shoot. preferably someone who can pass too, play some defense, just a good all around player who can shoot. Rick Barry would've been perfect, pretty crazy that he dropped to 5th round. Ray Allen would've been great too, but of course then you'd be a bit smaller with Pierce at 3.
But there are other SFs who can shoot and preferably pass and D.
I like your team overall, I think it's a good way to build around Oscar. He's going to dominate the ball, so it's good to have guys who will have value off the ball -- shooting, defense, rebounds, movements off the ball, driving off a catch, finishing pick and rolls, passing (back to Oscar).
He's a post up point guard, so you need at least a couple really good spot up shooters next to him, I think. I like Pierce, KG, Ewing here, I'd just find a really good SF who can shoot and play some D and pass.

Mutumbo is exactly who I wanted to get next when I drafted Dirk. I must rate him higher than others. Great at defending the paint and in denver days put up like 16 points a game using mostly his hook shot.
Rodman I was surprised fell that far. In his prime he could guard anybody.
