Thanks for following up. I am busy with other things at the moment, but I'll try to look into this further at some point and send you my thoughts in email.
I actually had a conversation with him - he was very upset by the charge and very defensive. At the end I decided to let him go. First of all, I don't have proof, and on the small chance I might be wrong, I can't ruin his career on that. Secondly, if he was guilty, I am sure he will think twice about ever doing it again, which is good enough for me.

Yeah I know I should of added a "None of the above" option but I couldn't edit the poll!!! Would probably have added Patrick Patterson and replaced JLin by McGrady if I could have in retrospect!

lol I don't like using ignore user. Posters always end up quoting the ones you put on ignore anyways so it doesn't really work too well. No one is that annoying to me honestly. The only person that I have on my ignore list is that guy MamboRock who was formerly known as DaRock1 because he stalks me if I don't. He's the guy in my sig.
