"Gatekeeper destroyer" apologizes for gatekeeping at the world's most prestigious educational institution.

It isn't antisemitic to believe and call out Israel for being an Apartheid regime. They are. They make laws and allocate resources based on ethnicity. They segregate and separate based on ethnicity. They occupy territory unlawfully and don't allow crimes committed in areas that are supposed to be autonomous to have protection by the ruling group's own police force. Their military murders Palestinians and aren't held accountable.

Palestinian police aren't allowed to arrest Israeli settlers when they attack Palestinian villages. They often protect the criminals. Israel murdered the Palestinian journalist and didn't prosecute the military that murdered them. Palestinians aren't allowed to reside any place they wish. The areas Israel has put the Palestinians aren't connected and are separated.

This is just one bit on the water resources.

Control over water resources may provide a clue as to the purpose of this wall. Control over water resources has long been one of the primary objectives of Israeli settlement policy, even dating back to before the existence of Israel. From the 1930s on, the Zionist movement focused its settlement activities on fertile land. The policy has been consistent ever since, from the Jordan Valley to the coastal aquifers in the west and south. It is no accident that the Gaza settlements lie on top of the Gaza Aquifer in the Strip.

Since the overexploitation of the waters of the Jordan River and the Coastal Aquifer, the aquifers of the West Bank, particularly the Western Aquifer, became the center of focus. Consequently, the Israeli occupation authorities prohibited Palestinians from digging wells in those areas, and Israeli officials publicly stressed the importance to Israel of maintaining control over the mountainous regions of the West Bank that straddle the aquifer. In 1991, for example, then Israeli Minister of Agriculture Rafael Eitan told the Jerusalem Post that Israeli water needs made it imperative for Israel to retain control over those areas.

Indeed, the Oslo Accords tried to cement Israeli control over the water resources there, and as late as the Camp David negotiations the Israeli side clearly stated that it would not accept any autonomous Palestinian control over the Western Aquifer.

It could go on and on.

@FranchiseBlade being a good example for the unholy alliance between left wing extremists and Islamists.

Just like those people making pig noises in San Francisco behind the Jewish person whose relatives were murdered.

    Fits right in.

Hahhaha. Yes. Posting about actual Israeli policy about water allotments fits right in with making pig noises. Honestly, you don't seem capable of discussing the issues.

Is Cornell Next? School’s Wealthy Donors Call for President’s Ouster
After resignations at Harvard and Penn, a former university trustee and an alumni group are calling for the same at Cornell

    https://www.wsj.com/us-news/educati...jad4ci78v8z&reflink=desktopwebshare_permalink

    excerpt:

Wealthy alumni activists enraged at the leadership of their Ivy League alma maters have helped push out the presidents of the University of Pennsylvaniaand Harvard University.

Now, a new group of donors are pulling out the same playbook at Cornell University.

Jon Lindseth, a Cornell alumnus, donor and former trustee, asked the school’s Board of Trustees to dismiss university President Martha Pollack and provost Michael Kotlikoff for allegedly stifling open debate and rational argument. Alumni who support the call for the pair’s ouster also are upset about diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at the school as well as what they see as growing antisemitism on campus.

“Cornell is no longer concerned with discovering and disseminating knowledge, but rather with adhering to DEI groupthink policies and racialization,” wrote Lindseth, 89 years old, a retired mechanical engineer and entrepreneur, in a five-page letter to the board’s chair.

Trustees for the university in upstate New York are scheduled to meet Friday. In Lindseth’s letter, he calls for the school to eliminate DEI staffing and programming and adopt principles of free inquiry and open debate.

The push is supported by the Cornell Free Speech Alliance, a two-year-old group formed to support free expression and viewpoint diversity on campus. Some alumni members of the group who are also wealthy donors have indicated they would withhold donations if college administrators didn’t do a better job of protecting those ideals. Others want to see Pollack removed.

The Jewish people deserve better. They have the right to exist and to respond to existential threats which happened on Oct. 7th, f.uck the anti Semitic students. What an ugly stain on America -

On a sidenote I am so proud of her speaking out and not letting her self become a victim of bullying and intimidation.

I'm just looking into hiring a Columbia MBA. Should I have second thoughts, based on how much of a cesspool that school has become?
