It is so stupid to do an mvp and an all nba team for the bubble. Half the games were meaningless. That being said of course Harden is not making the all bubble team. I mean he has amazing stats and the Rockets won the games they cared for (except the Blazer one), So let's give it to people with less impressive stats.
