Insane. Pandemic isn't gonna die anytime soon, especially with all these anti-shutdown protest. Forcing sports isn't the best idea.

I would welcome it, but I don't know if the quality will be the same. Pretty sure some players aren't diligent at being at the top of their game durin this pandemic.

btw: any worries in the wind, or comments from, at-risk coaches (asst coaches) that they might not show up to work.

How old are the crew-chiefs of Referees, who usually get the playoff games?

you can edit the title yourself, if you want. At the top right of your OP, click the Thread Tools menu. There's an Edit Title option there.

The 3 cities they are looking at are Houston, LV, Orlando. One potential scenario... One location for the West and one for the East.

    paging CyberseX Paging CyberseX.

Tilman is the happiest man today and EG is probably not having fun knowing he needs to get back into shape and buy a basketball hoop to practice

I guess they'd consider safety first (ie cities that are less hard hit), but easier logistics seems part of safety ... and that would favor cities with at least two NBA arenas

... you could alternate playoff games, and have more time to sterilize lockerrooms, have shootarounds, exit/enter staff/players safely, if you had two stadiums. But, two stadiums would increase costs, maybe? multiple camera-bot crews ... etc.

that would be so dumb; what do you do when players flat out say they don't want to play? Dallas literally had their highest number of Corona cases yesterday and they are starting to open things up again

This makes sense with what I've been hearing about Las Vegas hosting most of the rest of the season. There are enough arenas and room occupancy available to house entire organizations, therefore essentially eliminating the need for all travel. The infrastructure is already in place. Would be good for the city too, aside from the mass outbreaks of potentially fatal illnesses of course.
