Here is the list of teams that have beaten the Rockets in the playoffs since 2015

    Warriors (4)
    Spurs

Here is the list of teams the Rockets have beaten in the playoffs since 2015

    Mavericks
    Thunder
    Jazz (2)
    T-Wolves
    Clippers

No team other than the Warriors have had more success in the Western conference since 2105 than the Rockets. The narrative that the Rockets can't win in the playoffs is bullshit.

Wish someone other than Nick Wright knew what the hell they were talking about.

(P.S. Antoine Walker is an idiot. Claiming the Rockets have bad shot selection and that's why they aren't going to win in the playoffs???)

Coming from the man who once responded "Because there are no 4s" when asked why he shoots so many threes, that is pretty damn ironic.

Yeah I never understood that either. You can't call Warriors one if the greatest of all time and call us losers for essentially only losing to them at the same time.

even funnier when you see how they hype up teams like the jazz and nuggets over the rockets, when they have been bigger frauds in the playoffs.

According to my proprietary calculations - there's a 50% chance of first round failure for any given strategy, a 75% chance that it will fail prior to the Conference finals, and a 94% chance that it will fail to get you a ring.

I've come to the sad realization that Playoffs are for losers. :(

Just saw the video below and came to post exactly about this "Rockets can't win in the playoffs" bs. Team's didn't just figure the Rockets out. And the stupid bs about how the game slows down in the playoffs and the Rocket's won't be able to play this way... what about all of the other teams? This doesn't apply to them?

There can only be one winner.

Basketball is not like boxing with best contender.

No rockets player has won in
    Fiba competition.

Rockets lost ground in the west when it comes down to playoff seed because Lakers are number 1 right now!

The best idea is set up Clippers at 4th seed.

Unfortunately, the narrative will continue until we win the West and make it to the finals. I wonder if they're saying the same thing about the Jazz, Blazers and Nuggets.

Remember folks like Barkley once said that the Warriors couldn't win a championship because they were a jump shooting team? What those people failed to see was that the Warriors were also a great defensive team. They just assumed that jump shooting teams were soft on defense.

The Rockets can win IF they play great defense. We know a jump shooting team can win. Heck, nowadays you can't win UNLESS you can shoot jump shots from the 3 pt line! What remains to be seen is whether they can play great defense throughout the playoffs.

Can't wait until we roar back to take the #2 seed because our much-derided mid-season reshuffling of philosophy and personnel paid off big time.

Then we get to watch Rob Pelinka take home executive of the year because LeBron convinced AD to come to LA and a bunch of other FAs jumped on board.

I don't think people genuinely mean it when they say this. I think it's just the second step in the back-tracking after saying we made a mistake trading CC. They're just afraid to admit they were wrong and now they're praying we fail so they can say "I knew it, I've been saying it!"

So they are compounding their original mistake by doubling down on the excuses why something cannot be done instead of admitting that it is happening right before their fool eyes.

Harden career as a super star was 'dead on arrival' from day 1 in okc.

Mike d'antoni resurrected an already dead situation after McHale pieced together a team led by veteran leadership with Trevor ariza and dirty drawls Dwight Howard.

Now harden and the team are going backwards in development!

That comes from talking heads like Cowherd. He doesn't even watch games he just spews his bias.
