Regarding Harden’s slick euro step. Of course, confronted with the rules and an official explanation, some fans are now calling for the rules to be changed. Sigh.
anyone who thought Harden traveled on that move doesn’t play ball and/or is just clueless When will the nonsense finally stop?
At some point everyone needs to realize the only reason people claim it is a travel it is because the player doing it is wearing a red jersey, with #13 on it and has a beard......it's because it's Harden.....don't understand the hate. Go up I-45 North for about four hours, you'll see a guy wearing a blue jersey, with #77 on it, with no beard, do the exact same move.....no controversy about whether that is a travel or not. Ignore the hate!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My problem with all of this travel call BS is not that some idiot casual fan thinks it's a travel (when it's not)...it's the fact that the ESPN twitter is trying to stir up sh**. Clearly a sports broadcasting network should know if that's a travel or not. Ask your damn coworkers or NBA before you post sh**. If I was Harden, I would call up ESPN and tell them..hey i am not going to give you anymore answers during your interviews unless you cut it out.
I guess this is the fate of a houston rockets superstar. people used to complain about the dream traveling too
People criticize what they can't understand. Harden undoubtedly has the best timing with his steps in the entire league/world that it breaks people's minds.
LMAO bro, here's a hint: ESPn doesn't give two wooly ****s about James Harden interviews. Hell, all they'd do is double down on the Harden hate, which would in turn give them even more clicks and follows.
NBA does a terrible job on teaching the rules to the fans, even the broadcasters themselves don't understand the rule book. You'd think that someone who communicates the game on national television would be required to know how NBA rules work but nope, anyone can be a broadcaster as long as you have connections within the league.
Doesn't matter. Harden travel truthers at this point are basically like Flat-earthers. They will deny deny deny no matter how much evidence you show them, and no matter how many experts explain it to them.
James Harden travels James Harden is poorly conditioned James Harden doesn’t move his feet on defense James Harden is FAT James Harden has very dark skin James Harden parties James Harden doesn’t work hard James Harden is a choker James Harden isn’t as good as Klay James Harden is a ball hog And... the newest one James Harden is not a good rebounder
Key words: unquestionably legal misunderstanding of the rule stems from prejudice or getting used to be selective blinded
One of the most asanine arguments that people keep parroting is that the rules should be changed because its not the same in college and the lower levels. So... why don't we change the rules to match NBA instead aka the highest level of competition. All ballers inspire to play in the league so they should practice with NBA rules or would we rather NBA players play with the same 25.5" ball kids use in pee wee basketball too?
Aaaaahhhh, the ignorance... You never disappoint. Perhaps someone will take the time to explain how the rule has been in existence for a long time and that the clarification was done for the haters like yourself, but I don't expect anyone to bother going into detail. You just keep being you.
Its actually ridiculous that ppl put jh's legal 2-step under the microscope. who the league should carefully scrutinize is Greek freak n his euro 4-step that annoyed embid. Greek freak is the guy lack of basic training while entering this league!
