The question is from a talent/enough perspective is do they have enough defense to cause consistent havoc and chaos while rebounding to win? and specifically to Jay Williams... he thinks teams are going to be successful having. One specific dude spy Russ Westbrook immediately to prevent the full court head of steam transition. ESPN spends so much time talking about Houston yet I never see any actual reporters, columnists, or media personalities from Houston on their shows. Always see reporters and others from Miami, New York, Washington, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, etc. Never Houston.
