Harden can’t be MVP to appease our Chinese overlords so will it be this year?

They'll want to give Lebron one more before he retires.

    AD or Kawhi.

Depends on which misses more games. The media narrative was already being spun prior to the off season and rarely it switches.

It was supposed to be Curry with the whole "Warriors will be carried into the playoffs with Curry going to another level". Now they are left with plan B.

Media (all sports) are about new takes and whitty zingers. It's the reason Lebron didn't win a bunch in a row and why Harden was snubbed for years. Lebron was old news and Harden gives you someone to poke at.

There should be a "All the above" option.

LOL. We need a poll like this every year.
So excited for another year of this MVP debate only to screw him over.

the fact that he actually won one at this point is a miracle.

It's too early to start the media conspiracy game.

I don't think Harden would win the MVP this year even if he deserved it, but to be clear, he hasn't been the MVP so far IMO.

I expect Lebron to win it.

Giannis is the favorite. LeBron will get some consideration, but his partnership with AD will hurt him. Kawhi won't win it because of the load management stuff.

True but if the Lakers finish the season with a better record than the Rockets and he has the same numbers as right now they’ll give it to him.

    Already been done.

Mentioned it the other day. Latest Bill Simmons podcast they talked about MVPs so far this year. Really only 3 names discussed. Giannis, Luka and Lebron. There were some bit mentions of a few other guys, but not Harden lol.
