Better fit: Iguodala or Love

    I think one of these guys is coming. Not sure which. Just a hunch. No inside anything. Maybe some of the more inside guys can give better insight ( @cyberx )?


    Which one do you think is the better fit?


    Love would cost more, obviously. I think he costs Capela and potentially Gordon.


    Both are great fits, but I love the idea of getting Love and keeping Capela.

    I wouldn’t trade two key rotation pieces for Love. I’ll take whichever of the two comes cheapest.

    Westbrook not a good 3 point shooter, Iggy not good so give me Love who is better than them and will also help in rebounding

    i have this feeling iggy is going to mavs...id like him here to provide bench spark. he could play well with russ going off the ball. i just see cuban giving more picks and paying more of c lee's salary tho

    We are lacking at both positions, we don't really have a wing defender nor do we really have a legit PF.

    Honestly, I would just keep both those guys. There is value in some level of continuity. Love isn't good enough to give up either of those guys given his contract.

    Harden
    Russ
    House
    Tucker
    Capela

    Solid starting 5 with EG coming off the bench. If we could add Iggy to this group without giving up anyone (except for House) I would be down.

    I think neither...i mean, the Rockets now need a very good defender at the 3, or at the 4 in order to slide PJ at the 3. Love certainly isn't that guy, Iggy maybe, but at this stage of his career i'm not sure he can substain that role for 82 games and the playoffs, a guy like Covington would be perfect, but i don't see it happening.

    we're gonna need to keep clint as a rim-runner b/c of all the pick and rolls we'll be running with harden and russ.

    if there is any way possible to get klove without losing even one of capela, tuck, or eg, then sure why not.

    Most likely scenario, in my opinion.


    There's just no room for Gordon, Green, Rivers and House.


    I think Gordon is the odd man out with his contract and value.

    again, its worth the risk if we got a player like love.... obviously clint would be included and we would need a 5. he would be the best big available. it would be a minimum salary most likely and if didnt work then just cut him....
