I was watching the jump and they were talking about the roster they put around Lebron last year and what came to mind was the Lance Stephenson signing. I believe he is unsigned currently. Would you guys wanna see him in a Rockets jersey for the minimum. I think he might be able to have a place defensively next to PJ tucker at times. Offense not so sure about. But honestly I didnt pay attention to how well he played at all last season. So Im asking you guys your thoughts on it.

When he is engaged he is an excellent defender and rebounds extremely well. Could be a player that would fall in line nicely with clear leadership from Harden.

Then again, he could be a trash knucklehead.

He can actually play, but really too stupid to use his talent the right way. He's that nutjob on the streets who plays out of control 90% of the time.

Lance Blanks would probably be a better fit.

I think our locker room can keep him engaged and prevent any tantrums he might have or try to cause, he's effective as a two way player when he isn't acting out. I'd rather have him on the team than overpaying for someone but I doubt he chooses to come here unless the Lakers told him they didn't want him back. He's versatile offensively (able to pass and score, not as no.2 or 3 option but maybe 4th option?) and he can switch and match up against positions 1-3 so why not?

If we strike out on Iggy.... I say let Lance play the 4 spot some...remember Tucker is nearing 35...

I can see him playing a role here off the bench for sure especially defensively. We dont need to rely on him for buckets. But we do need some size with a team like the clippers having Kawhi and PG. Fakers has some size too with AD and Lebron.

He's a versatile defender who can shoot the 3 pt shot effectively. I'd rather sign him for cheap over a bigger bone head in JR Smith or someone comparable.

:p I made my points and supported them, all you did was quote my post and pick on the "baby sit" comment I mentioned previously. All good dude, it's not like we need any quality rotational players. We have all the needed players for a championship..

The Lakers havnt resigned him yet from what I can tell. Not sure they even have any interest at all in resigning him. I get the feeling they moved on which was part the reason why I mention us. Lance could be looking for a new job with an contender and I can see him playing a role for us.
