PJ Tucker hitting shots is big for us.

Last 2 regular seasons, we are 62-10 when he hits at least 40% from 3.

PJ Tucker is the most likeable player we have had in the Harden era. He plays hard. He plays hurt. He plays his role. He likes sneakers. He likes pancakes. He has easily supplanted Bev for my favorite role player. Imagine if we had both.

Man, he was huge last night. And while not ideal, he does a pretty decent job on quicker guards like Mitchell.

On that note, I love that we can comfortably switch players onto quicker guards without missing a beat defensively. With Curry and perhaps Lillard up next, this will continue to be important.

If him and Gordon are hitting 3's, I like our chances against anybody.

Yup... And chances are teams would rather take their chances on letting PJ Tucker beat them then Harden/CP3. He and Gordon can complete our offense and make us unstoppable.

I think the Thunder still beat the Blazers.

PJ shoots well when rested. Playoffs have many days off and no b2b’s.

He shot well to begin the season, fell off, then regained form after the ASB.

    Perfect 3&D player for us.

You get Tucker some threes in the corner where he wants them, and he's got a good chance of making them. Once he makes a few, confidence is up, stroke is on, he starts making them from other places. I do think it's key to get him some good corner threes first, though.

Would love for this to continue. Also would love to see more Harden floaters go in. I'm waiting to see how our team responds when Utah gives us rough gameplay i.e. composure and willingness to attack.

The playoffs are a different animal than the regular season.

It's where you truly prove yourself.

I'm glad PJ is stepping up.

    He was 2 for 5 in Game 7. Maybe you're thinking of Ariza's 0-9.

    14 pts
    45 minutes
    -1 (best of starters)
    5-9
2-5 from 3 (missed 2 during the 27 streak, and snapped the streak with one)
    12 rebounds
    4 steals

Anderson was -12 in 8 minutes. Didn't take any shots. 1 rebound. 3 fouls

We’ll need him to make decisions in the next round or even the next game once teams double and trap Harden. Either go for the floater, lob to Capela, or pass to perimeter shooter. He needs to become a mini Harden in the decision making in the 4v3 scenarios. What surprised me the most about Tucker in last years playoffs was his ability to make these decisions, not 100% or 95%, but to a point where teams have doubt on the best strategy gaurding Harden.

If he started shooting every time he was passed the ball he could put up some big numbers. He's been on a roll since our run for the playoff seeding began. I want to see him take 10 or more 3's a game. He has so many wide open opportunities. Come on PJ, you can do it!!!
