I think the only things going for him is his age and that he might be a tad more athletic. Ariza had played in tons of more games. Much more experience.

It's more his story as a mobile Euro 7 fter and him having a fantastic back to the basket post game. The mass had a crush on him (fortunately I did not but went with it). A terrific narrative though until his BJ agent screwed with the org and Morey tried to lowball.
Ariza will have his usual good game every so 8 games. Ariza is not worth the money and he’s replaceable.

Last night was about AD dominating us and us not having ANY answers. I think the loss of Jeff B was more important than who started. Our defense was absolutely horrendous. I thought we'd make some adjustments at half time, but they weren't enough. We needed a bigger body on AD--like Nene or even Hart to make it harder for him to score. We made Mirotic look like the second coming of Larry Bird--ridiculous. Ariza would have probably been able to shut that **** down. Hell, Julius Randle scored 25 pts in only 24 minutes. Yes, this was only the first game and MDA was definitely trying some different rotations to see what would work, but that was really an ugly start to the season.
Cmon man . Hart or nene isn't gonna stop AD. Clint had a really bad game . Paul had a bad game Harden had a below average game Melo was awful outside of his first few minutes .
