    These are all my recordings from the event today, which was at a posh 5-star hotel (owned by Fertitta) in the Post Oak area. The Rockets definitely seem to be in great spirits... Gerald Green is especially excited. Here they are in the order they appeared today.

    i don't necessarily like or dislike him. but his repeated refusal to ever pay the repeater tax makes me question his ability to digest financial data. i mean we have a bunch of players already signed to 4-5 year deals. is he hoping to just trade capela into capspace in year four? o_O

    No one outside of diehard fans knows about him. I don't think he will replace Ariza, but he definitely should be able to replace Moute.

    To be fair, it would get annoying that the media keeps asking the same question because they want a story. I'm sure he is tired of hearing about it and we know he has a huge ego so of course he isn't going to give a straight answer.

    I agree but how hard is it to say, "I'm going to do whatever i can to help the team win." or "I'm going to do whatever coach asks me to."?

    Not that I necessarily noticed, but there was a good media showing. It was just in a very high-dollar hotel so the environment for it felt much bigger.

    From the quotes I read, he did say he will do whatever he can to help this team win a championship. What more do you want from him? He is never going to say, "I'll come off the bench if it means that we will win a championship." The quotes we are getting now is the best that he will say and I am not mad at him about it.

    Wow. In the video he literally said, "My goal is to... do what I have to do to help this team win a championship."

    Does he have to say it in EXACTLY the words you have in your mind before you'll cut him some slack?
