Stephen A Smith: Chris Paul says Lebron wants to be in LA (+ stuff on PG)

    Things he says he's hearing:
    1) Chris Paul is telling people that Lebron doesn't want to come to Houston
    2) Chris Paul is saying that Lebron just wants to be in LA
    3) People in LA aren't sure Paul George is going to come to LA
    4) Paul George is sentimental, may stay in OKC. Has a good relationship with Westbrook.
    5) The money is also making PG13 want to stay in OKC
    6) Stephen A Smith is not hearing that Lebron joining LA is dependent on PG13

    Start around 10:53 and you hear him dive right into this after discussing Kawhi trades briefly.

    "Paul George, from what I'm told, according to my sources: several things are happening.

    A) Chris Paul is telling folks LeBron ain't trying to come to Houston. He wants to be in LA. These are things I'm getting through the grapevine. Chris Paul is saying LeBron wants to be in LA.

    B) Folks are not sure Paul George is coming to LA. From what I'm being told, OKC will back up the Brinks truck. Because they'll offer the max along with Russell showing him a lot of love, they get along pretty well & they got a future together, Paul George is a sentimental type. It'll be hard to pull away from that & that relationship with Westbrook. Here's the problem, his wife would rather him be in LA. His parents would rather him be in LA. The family pressure is pushing him towards LA. Peer pressure is keeping him in OKC. That combined with the money, because he stands to make so much more in OKC rather than going to LA, it could be problematic for LA.

    LeBron could decide to come to LA or wait to see what LA will get. If LeBron comes first, that's one thing. If he wants to wait, getting Paul George is more important because that might influence luring LeBron even though that's not what I'm hearing it will take. All about what you believe. Do you believe LeBron will come first or will wait to see what LA does?"

    His opinions are crap, he tries to be inflammatory for ratings, but yes, agreed, when he cites specific sources that's pretty reliable. Not only that, but this jives with what other people have said.

    I listened and I think that the other Skip Bayless was energetic, but hard to take seriously when he's throwing out takes as hot as these.

    Basically what Stephen A is hearing on Lebron is that yes, he wants to be in LA. Chris Paul apparently saying that Lebron "just wants to be in LA." Pretty definitive statement.

    This guy is yelling on his podcast,
    this is absolutely terrible. You have to drop the volume level on the AirPods or they will pop off your ears.

    This is bad, even Migos is better for your ears than this
