Time to ignore the rest of the regular season

    The post All Star portion of the regular season should be largely ignored in terms of judging teams and players-- a team being "hot" now is meaningless since so this is the time when so many more teams are either tanking or resting up for the playoffs The record means nothing in terms of how good the team will be heading into the playoffs or next season

    resting up for the playoffs? not really. teams are fighting for certain playoff positions while making sure they are playing their best possible basketball going into the postseason.

    thinking the last stretch of the season can be ignored and is meaningless doesn't make sense, specifically for teams trying to win a championship

    There are 10 teams trying to tank in the league.

    There are 10 teams fighting for 8 playoff spots in the west.

    There is no clear picture on whom will be the top seeds in both East or West.

    Warriors still keep pushing,

    stars 5 games rest = 2nd seed in the west

    It is proud to win 60 plus games

    I agree that if one of the 8-man rotations is injured, Rockets are done this playoffs.

    If Capela is injured, Rockets will be knocked out by Thunder.

    The season only ends when we see Magic drive around Los Angeles looking for LeBron's home while Paul, Harden, and Morey lock the front door.
