Rudy could be the guy to finally bring some personableness to the organization of cornerstones, roles players and assets... he was never much of an authoritarian... but always seem to relate to guys very well...

Rudy had far better dynamics with players than any of those guys...

McHale was too oldschool and couldn't relate to players once they got past the "rah rah - play harder..." He was basic...
JBB was trying to be everybody's best friend and commanded no respect... was more like their b**** trying to cover for them...
and MDA can be mid collapse and doesn't have the stones to address the issue sitting 2 seats over...

Rudy couldnt get through to Stevie... but who ever did...?
Plus Rudy has won 2 championships... as opposed to all those other guys.... ;)

Director of personnel has a nice ring... someone to add the chemistry aspect to Moreyball...

Yup, homecoming for the Heart of a Champion.

While we're at it, bring home Cassell and Elie, too.

Good to know his been paid well for all this time. How old is he now? He's got to be in his late 60s or older. Enjoy your life and thank you for the memories as a Rocket fan.

Co-Head coaches: D'Antoni/Rudy T... j/k. I do hope Les wants him down in Houston in some capacity.
