Don't like this, though I understand why Morey has to stand firm (he has to show he is in control, not BJ.)

Just a hunch that if D-Mo were to fire his agent, walk in and a have a sit down with Morey, he could get the incentives he so covets. For Morey, the incentives are nearly meaningless anyway since 2/5 of them are realistically out of reach for D-Mo.
