Now that he has signed, my request is to please not start any more DMo threads unless it's ground breaking information. You can put DMo related information in any one of the other 100 threads about him in the GARM or preferably just this one. I'm tired of all the irrelevant DMo threads bumping other more important threads out of the first page. Popcorn and first page time is over. Yeah yeah, another DMo thread....
OK, good call. I was just wondering if I should start a Will DMo Pass His Physical? thread And a "What do you think DMo's Incentive Bonuses Are?" thread
You know what bugs me as much as many repetitive DMo threads bug you? Things like personal request threads that are the anthesis of official anouncements being marked [Official]. Not trying to specifically call you out - people have been doing in around here since forever. Just something to think about. And it really does annoy the hell out of me every time I see it.
Each game thread only gets to about 35 pages. DMo threads have gotten to hundreds of pages, with multiple new threads on him being created everyday. We care more about the drama behind a bench player's free agency than the actual games.
In before someone starts a DMO thread to announce the creation of this DMO thread. It's like DMO inception
actually FTW, what would be helpful at this point is a summarizing thread that describes the content of all the other threads, and points the reader in the direction of the best thread(s) with the best information. Now THAT would be a genuine service to CF. Rather than complaining, you should take it upon yourself to provide the necessary leadership in starting such a thread. In other words, be part of the solution, not the problem.
I'm liking every post in this thread .... Because it's a new DMO thread . Seriously tho I might take up @Os Trigonum plea for a synthesis thread . I'm procrastinating hard tonight and that thread may just be my Mona Lisa
This feels like that trapper-keeper episode of South Park, only now DMo threads are assimilating the GARM and obfuscating all the other topics out.
