If they get shutout again....there's no way Godsey keeps his job right? Like I can't believe he has one now but yet another shutout would probably do it. So here I am, a Texans fan hoping they get shutout because it's only unmitigated failure that causes change with my team.
I'm having a tough time supporting McNair. I've given him a pass up until this season.. He says all the right things, and he doesn't seem like an owner who prioritizes profit over winning. People love to rag on Obrien, Rick, and Brock, but McNair is the culprit. Everything starts with him. I believe he's the one who's forcing BOB to play Brock. I believe he's the one behind that signing. As an owner, you can't put your head in and make football decisions. Leave that to the people you hire. As a side note, it's also asinine that McNair is the godfather to Rick's child. What a freaking joke. I also disagree with McNair's publicly donating 250K to Trump. I'm not a Hillary supporter or anything, and I don't want to pollute CF with political debates...I just think thats a treacherous look for any owner. It honestly comes off as hypocritical, given the type of culture the Texans have tried to mold.
It's especially disconcerting when coincidences like the team name being Houston Texans and the actual, real life Houstonians voted blue. I have a "cousin" who is the biggest liberal crybaby ever. I don't point that finger at all of em either but you know the type....that's him. All the weakest stereotypes. He makes some crack about McNair and I'm like bro, you're a Patriots fan. Then he deleted he comments lol...whatever. I guess he didn't know.
Post pictures of yourself standing in front of NRG with boycotting signs. They'll listen to your demands.
When you run the team like a mom n pop store. You deal with this.... Texans are the most overrated team in town. Start supporting the Astros and Rockets. Both teams have young MVP players.
Over-rated crap team. Will never win anything Your time is spent better supporting and watching the Rockets who at least have 2 championships and are always looking to win
This city loves its FOOBAW too much to do anything. The rockets are 10x the organization the texans are and still don't get the same amount of love.
I'd try to edumacate you about a sport like baseball but you'd just spend your time trying to get all the players to throw left handed. Hoops is your niche, stick with what you know.
