Post 'em if you got 'em.

    1. Get fit (by eating right and some sort of exercise)

    2. Be better at keeping clutter to a minimum.

    3. Be the father and husband of the year.

No. That was the original 2004 posting and I believe it was posted to show who actually kept their resolutions.

I've seen those. They make a great place to hang jackets and coats. :)

I've never really had a decent Olympic Bench set to work out with at home. I used to go to my school gym when I had the master keys to the Athletics rooms, but it became a hassle after a while. Then the shoulder injury over a year ago, and I have fallen a bit out of shape. It's time for me to get back in shape like I used to be. I even cleaned out my garage so I could have room for my home gym. The only thing that will be hanging from that bench will be my gloves...Now a treadmill...that dries towels like nobody's business.

All you need now are posters of Lindsay Lohan on your walls for motivation.

I got none. I already have achieved every personal goal I've laid out for myself

    Get in shape? Check.
    Lose weight? Check.
    Get a raise? Check.
    Get bonuses at work? Check.
    Get promoted at work? Check.
    Upgrade my home theater? Check.
See Texas live at a bowl game? Check.
    Upgrade my wardrobe? Check.
Stop dressing like a slacker college kid? Check.

Every goal has been achieved except for one... amassing $1 million in cash by age 30.

Sadly, I'm not quite near that figure, and don't plan to be by the time I turn the big 3-0.

The more I reflect on it, the more disappointed I become. Ever since I can remember, I expected to be a millionare and a success by age 30. I'm now three years away and have no way of achieving this lifelong goal. :(

    I hope you're right about 40.

    It is all about Risk-Reward.

It will take a long time if you are content to work for someone, you have to save like mad and invest wisely.

Another way is to start a company and sell it off to a bigger company. In fact, I would be willing to guess that is how many people get to that magic number.

As for being a success, having a Million dollars does not make you a success, being a good person, who is happy in life and is a good friend to others is a huge success, IMHO.

So how long will it take you to accomplish any of those?

    1) Get a job
    2) Get a job and like it, even if I don't
    3) Get a job that will pay me more than 7,000 a year

Did I mention I will get a job sometime this year?

Love my fellow man and be good to others. And pray for those who try to bring negativity to my life.

Be happy and appreciative for things in my life. Think about how good I have it and praise my higher power for blessing me with putting people in my life that love me and want to see my excel.

Don't you have a bachelor's degree? If you do, do you not plan on working full-time?

The reason why I ask is that your target salary is only a whopping 3.36 per hour which I am pretty sure is below minimum wage.

     :p

    1) Continue running 5x a week (I just started 3 weeks ago)

    2) Resist the temptation to smoke when I drink

    3) Stop being satisfied with where I'm at and get a raise or a different job

    4) Read more

    5) Sell the house and move out of Deer Park (i've had enough of this place)

    - Fill up my house with furniture (it's still pretty empty)

    - Max out my 401K (starting next pay period)

    - Get at least one promotion at work

    - Meet a sane woman (this one's gonna be tough)

    - post less, lurk more (yeah right)
