Just saw on realgm, and nbadraft.net that Yi is actually born in 1984 not 1988 as previously thought. Takes alot out of his stock, because all of his faults were covered up by his youth and inexperience when he is really just as old as the highschoolers who outplayed him at the Hoops Summit
I was in China this past week and watched a game of the national team. When he was at the free throw line, they displayed his age. It said 20 instead of 16. I wondered if it was a misprint, but guess not.
