Auto Body Work

A friend of mine is interested in learning how to do auto body work. He already has an auto shop that sells parts and does car work but he is now interested in extensive auto body work. He knows a little bit already but he needs to know a lot more before he can really do it on a good car. We have a car that is a junker just to get his feet wet in doing it, sort of like something he can dissect and put together just to get some sort of feel and knowledge of doing this sort of work. My question, does anybody know a website or book that he could check out that show the basics of doing auto body work or anything related?

Oh yeah, the basics he wants know are taking parts, such as fenders, bumpers, etc., on and off of cars and the such.
