charlie just said the rockets are about to close a trade... not for mcgrady but that may be done soon as well

Again Charlie of 610 sports repeats the fact the Rockets are about to close a trade...but stops short of announcing...anything further.

i have a feeling they are talking about rudy going to the lakers as the coach and taking the two years we owe him off our books... thats all they are talking about is rudy and the lakers

Pike for Kevin Ollie deal

Both were left unprotected for the exapnsion draft by the respected teams, right? Does this mean that the Rox will now protect Ollie?

Acquiring Ollie could be a precursor for the Francis/McGrady trade. The Rox could be getting their PG house in order before a trade is made.

Jim Gray on ESPN News says there are snags in deal.

1. possible players involved in expansion draft
2. Francis informs Rockets, he doesn't want to play in Orlando (so possible third team needs to be involved)

Sooo? Is that a "Rudy for Shaq" deal or what? True, Rudy was in our doghouse (consultant?), but he's still got what it takes, while Shaq is definitely over the hill...

Well, on ESPN News, Francis is saying that he doesn't object to the trade, but he doesn't want to play in Orlando. Francis is objecting to sit out.

Although I know it's Pike for Ollie, I really wish it's

Mo/Spoon/Snack Bar/JJ/Cash/TE for Shaq. Sure LA gets trashed, and we are set for the next 5 world championships.
