I want to turn our business into a corporation. What is needed or where can I go for this? Someone told me that I need a lawyer for this. How much does it cost? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I heard some company on the am radio advertising to do this for cheap... Here is one from the internet; I just googled "incorporate your business in texas"

Incorporate in Texas
The advantages of incorporate in Texas are many:

Corporate Officers, Directors, Shareholders doesn't have a residency requirement.

You do not have to be a US citizen or a US resident to incorporate and/or own a corporation in Texas.

There is no minimum number of shares that must be authorized in the articles of incorporation.

Incorporate in Texas today!

Our fee for forming a Limited Liability Company is $334
Our fee for forming a Corporation is $434

A CPA should be able to help you out.

IF it's just you but a LLC may be easier to do (again I don't work in Texas so maybe the paperwork is different there). Provides same advantages of corporation but avoids double taxation of profits.

Here in Ohio it's a 2 page document you fill out and either mail or phone in.
