I think that Yao Ming is the twin of Bert from Sesame Street, and that a horrible mistake was made that separated them at birth.
Here are the pics, you be the judge:




Apart from the different hairstyles, the similarity is uncanny.

Actually, the black and white photo IS Yao... taken when he was arrested after tonight's game. He was caught running around in traffic on the Southwest Freeway, leaping over cars while dribbling a basketball.

After questioning by Houston's finest, Yao was understood to have been yelling, in Chinese, "they won't pass me the ****ing ball. I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore!!!".

He was also said to be foaming at the mouth and mumbling "french fries... the ****er!!! Grrr!!", in English. The Sargent at the station was overheard to have remarked, "He really CAN speak some English. The poor fellow... why don't they pass him the ball in the post?". The other officers were said to have joined him in a heated discussion, but the reporter was asked to leave.

I think Yao looks actually more like Ernie. Anyways, this is a dumb topic and I am just dumb enough to add to it.
