Ok, ok...is it me, or has Walt Williams been playing great lately. Is he trying to increase his off-season value, or has he finally found a place on this team? Will he be back next year...and what about Massenburg? Can we kiss him goodbye for next year too?

Exactly right Criscokid!!!!!! Walt is da man. Players I think are a must to stay for next season would have to be:

WALT WILLIAMS!!!!!!
Steve Francis
Carlos Rogers
Kelvin Cato
Shandon Anderson
Cuttino Mobley
Moochie Norris

If any of these players are not on the team next post season I will be disappointed.

I hope the Wiz isn't going anywhere.. but you never know what's going on in the NBA... before the season Rudy said Wiz was "the type of SF we always wanted in this organisation" - whether he's changed his mind now that he's been able to see Walt up close all season or not I'm not able to say....

But Mass is GONE. He's fit now, just on the IR because there's no point in playing him. Sure he's a good player, but I guess the rockets have decided he's not part of the long term plans of the team and aren't going to try and resign him - that's a bit of a shame, but what can be done ??

Yeah thas whut I was thinkin DrNuggetBear. Too bad, I was kinda lookin forward to seeing Mass play. From all descriptions, he kind of reminded me of a youinger, more versatile, Antoine Carr.

Antoine Carr... I only saw him play against the rockets (before he became one) and he ALWAYS had big games against us.. so when we got him I was like "yeah, we got the man now" and then I saw what he really had.... or perhaps age had wearied him by the time he pulled on the rockets colours.

I like Mass too - really disappointed to lose him.
