I guess you're trying to tell us Ming is the real deal? Or that Dunleavy might be declaring after all?

    I dunno.

No, he's telling us that we get Ming this year. Then after Dunleavy sucks it up next year, we get him in the second round of the 2003 draft

The sad part is that as bad as the team is playing, we're still not bad enough to be in a position to get Ming.`

Dunleavy is a guard if I'm not mistaken...and I noticed DocRocket mentioned Francis but didnt mention Mobley...hmmmm...I dont mean to let my imagination run away with me...but what are you suggesting Doc?

Dunleavy is 6'9'', maybe 6'10''. He's a SF if you ask me, especially considering he plays the 4 at Duke.

The most confusing part of this teaser is the "just like his old man did it!!".

    Interesting observation of no Mobley.

I wonder if Doc wants to tell us more about Kwame Brown.

Maybe Doc should use his inside info to learn that making multiple consecutive posts like this is discouraged.

Unless Doc can predict the future and know who will pick where, there seems to be little point to this.

Plus, it was my understanding that Dunleavy wasn't going to declare for the draft this season. Even if he was, I wouldn't want him as high up as the 5th pick. Maybe trade down for a pick that can satisfy the Memphis responsibility and get Dunleavy. Also, even IF Ming were still there at the Rocket's pick, I wouldn't want him. I think I read that IF we were to draft Ming, we wouldn't see him for 2 years. I don't know about you guys, but I don't want to wait for 2 years to find out if a guy we drafted was a bust or not.

I don't get discouraged...I discourage. You know, if you say discourage enough, it becomes one of those words that doesn't sound right anymore, ya know. As for our draft, our team, and our money situation, well...I guess I am discouraged.

Clutch, I demand a public lashing for my posting techniques!

    Hey Doc!:

Do you know if Houston is thinking of trading our pick, and what the possibilities are for getting Seattle's pick via Toronto?

And if so, who would we like to trade for? Do you know anything about Clutch's earlier info regarding obtaining Kwame Brown, and how we might acquire him, and which players we might trade?

And last, but not least, lets say we ended up with the #5-#7 pick, who would the Rockets pick there? Or would they trade it, or trade up somehow, and for whom?

As usual. Thanks for the inside info!

I haven't heard anything regarding the draft...at all. I do think it'll be an interesting off season though.

Thanks alot for your response... we love it when you speak...

So, Doc, besides the draft, what interesting things have you heard or surmize that might happen this off-season?

Which of our players might be traded, and who are we interested in, such as Lewis, Odom, Brown, Jackson, or some other center?

Nike, isn't just another reference to Dunleavy and his Dad (an ex-Rocket)?
