I think it will take time for him and Harden to mesh together. I think he will be good for about 14ppg off the bench considering he's our 2nd best scorer. Thoughts?

I loved his game at Indiana. I think he will average about 18 a game. Talent is there

18 PPG and an injury free season. Write that down.

I was always a fan of Gordon. However I watched a lot of the Pelicans last year and he seemed to be completely invisible in many games. I'm hoping it was just a product of the system and not his knees. He was a great, great player. Especially on that Clippers team.

i don't have much hope in EG.....to me he just have been too injury prone over the last few year....probably better with limited minutes off the bench.

definitely got the talent...hope I am wrong though

decent 60 game season. something on par with his last three years. slightly better efficiency if the system pans out.

55 games, 13.8-14.5 ppg, will look the part of great shooter and FINALLY a backcourt scorer. But BAD defense where CF fans might make him the next "Harden".

He needs to come off the bench and go against 2nd teamers. I dont think he should start games.

coming off the bench with a much lesser workload will do wonders for his health. he should have a decent season and remain fairly healthy but i do see rest games for him depending on how the season goes.

Just gonna absolutely surprise people, will be the Clay Thompson to step C with Harden. Harden and Gordon are gonna make each other better!

Well, Gentry is off the D'Antoni tree so if it's a system problem....

I feel like people always think of a player as when they were their best regardless of what has happened since. Forget back surgery, DMo will be 2015 DMo. I learned my lesson when Francis came back in like 2007. Bondi Wells is another example. Just because they are a big name, that doesn't mean they are eternally capable of producing the way they once did. Even if Gordon doesn't get injured, he's going to play to not get injured. I don't see him approaching 18 PPG. Don't even see 15 PPG. 12 PPG off the bench would be pleasing

Just hoping for 70 games, and the ability to make teams pay for zoning Harden

13-15 points and maybe 3-4 assists a game? I think he's going to be good. If (big if) we can get 60+ games from him he should be right there as a Sixth Man of the Year candidate with D'Antoni's system.

I'm a fan of his play style but I'd be lying if I say he was going to play all 82 games without injuries.

Voted breakout because that's what I'm hoping for. The potential is there for him to be very good. It's all about the big I word at this point.

    I have no expectations.

My reasonable hope is he can be a candidate for sixth man of the year, something in the mold of a prime Jamal Crawford.

They might have struck gold and he is the perfect combo guard to pair with Harden producing a glorious offensive machine, or he could be injured and ineffective.
