We should definitely be looking to define Michael Beasley as an integral part of our offense, rather than just a scorer off the bench. The Harden-Beasley pick and roll or pick and pop is DEADLY, and I cannot express enough my AWE in how Beasley shoots. It seems like even when he misses, it's a gentle miss rolling off the iron, since he has such good shooting touch. Also, his creativity with angles and finishing off the glass should make us consider him as a second offensive option rather than just a punch off the bench. I'm wary of this two-man action that D'Antoni runs though, and don't really see a difference between his pick and roll with the floor spaced and what we did this year. Both had three point shooters just camping in the corner, and I truly believe that to be successful, he needs to use backdoor cuts, off-ball screens, and player movement after penetration to the basket.
