They should have put Kenny on the spot and made him shoot after.

Chuck is still a choke artist. I still see people say he's one of the greatest power forwards of all time, but he's not a winner, and could never win a championship as a main cog, so to me he's below most of the 2nd-tier great power forwards in history, like Dirk, Garnett, and McHale.

That is a silly comparison. McHale got play on the best front court ever assembled with Larry Legend. Garnett didn't win until he was part of the big 3 plus Mr triple-double Rondo. Chucky had to go against MJ, Bird, and Dream for his entire career. He still carried a team to the finals. Neither Garnett or McHale did that. I will give you Dirk though. He was unstoppable for a while even though he only played on one side of the ball.

Ernie is tall. I love the chemistry of those guys, too bad they hate the Rockets haha.

lol McHale never carried anything. Started the beginning part of his career as a 6th man and then got to start next Parish, Bird, and DJ with Walton off the bench. Obviously it was always Larry's team.

Garnett couldn't carry anything. He had one great run that ended in a WCF appearance. Other than that, he was mostly a first round exit. He couldn't win til he had Pierce, Allen, Rondo and a ton of a good role players.

Dirk has been surrounded by great talent ever since Cuban bought the team and had HOF'er Don Nelson help build teams for Dirk. Dirk was considered a choker his entire career until at 32, he had a stacked top to bottom team of very good role players that were a few years removed from being all stars whom all including Dirk got smoking hot through out the entire playoffs. It was 1 improbable run. They would never be able to duplicate how hot they were from 3 in any other playoff scenario. They also had a top defense anchored by the DPOTY Tyson Chandler and the Matrix Shawn Marion.

Chuckster's career started out with great potential being drafted onto a team with Moses(29), DR J(34), MO(29). They lost in the ECF to the eventual champion Celtics in Barkleys rookie year. Barkley averaged 15, 11, 2, 2, 1 on that team in the playoffs. He out rebounded Moses Malone in nearly 8 less minutes.

By his 2nd year, Chuck took over as the star of the Sixers out performing Moses, Doc and Mo. Chuck led the team in PER and avg'd 20, 13, 4, 2, 1.6
They lost to the Bucks in game 7 of the semi's. That team should have gone to the finals. They chocked, but that's not on a 22 year old Charles Barkley who avereged 25, 16, and 6 in the playoffs. Are you kidding me on a team that featured Moses Malone, Julius Erving, Mo Cheeks, Bob McAdoo and Bobby Jones, Andrew Toney?

Year 3 is when everything fell apart. Moses gets traded for some stupid reason. He was only 32. Moses and Chuck front line could have dominated another 6 years. Dr. J was on his farewell season at 36 years old and Chuck and Mo weren't enough to carry the Sixers. They lost int he first round.

Year 4. Garbage outside of Chuck and Mo. Miss palyoffs

Year 5. Chuck carries older Mo, 22 year old Hersey Hawkins and Mike Geminski to the playoffs. Lose 1st round.

Year 6. Carries more garbage to the semis to lose to MJ and Pip.

Year 7. Carries more garbage to the semis to lose to MJ and Pip.

Year 8. Understandably so. This was Chucks final year as a Sixer. More garbage. The Sixers have done nothing to bring in help for Chuck. The entire season is miserable with Chuck rightfully complaining a lot but still putting up great stats. They win only 35 games.

Year 9. Chuck demands and gets trade to the Suns. Instant contenders. MVP season for Chuck. All around dominance. Lose to who else but MJ and Pip.

Year 10 and beyond. Injuries to KJ. Suns lose role players like Thunder Dan and Ceballos, etc. Goes to the Rockets. Hakeem and Drexler too old at this point. Doesn't matter. They wouldn't have been able to beat you guessed it..MJ and Pip. Pippen year. Barkley and Olajuwon were too old.

Chuck had a bad run of luck with bad organizations and bad timing. There are tons of players who would equally have 0 rings if they played through the Lakers, Celtics dominated 80s and Bulls dominated 90s. Only 2 teams other than the Bulls won in the 90s. The Rockets the year MJ retired and the second year MJ had barely returned rusty and the Spurs in 99 in a short lockout season after MJ retired again.

Dirk, KG, McHale wouldn't have won or carried **** in the 80s and 90s as the only piece on their teams.
