LOL @ Parsons 15 million I'm glad I'm not a GM this offseason. So many average performers are about to get paid top tier money.
I read an interesting article somewhere today saying that GMs have collectively decided to be more conservative on max contracts. The article specifically mentioned Whiteside, Conley, and Horford. I can definitely see NYK throwing the max at Conley though. They are in hot pursuit of his service. SAS and DAL (if Williams opts out as is presumed) wants him too. The knock on Whiteside was his offensive inability and the amount of time he has been playing at a high level. Horfords down side was age, poor rebounding, and defense. We will see how one of the most fascinating off-seasons of all time plays out. Should be interesting either way.
