So, he basically says if you're really skilled at basketball, regardless of height, you'll be successful.

Very positive attitude towards this era and a fresh perspective on how we define positions.

Players Tribune is blocked at my work, I guess because Derek Jeter is infamous for his viruses.

Dream never should have worked out with Dwight. He needs to tutor Harden. This solidifies it for me.

Hakeem took 143 3-pointers?? And made 30 of them??

The only one I remember is the one he made in the waning minutes of Game 4 against Orlando. The Summit exploded and Clyde was literally laughing so hard he could barely make his way down the court.

Ha! Fitting that I see this today after watching the Shaq/Penny doc on netflix last night.

So many good quotes to take from Hakeem.

This just reminds me how much different the player perspective is from the outside observer. We like to think of guys like Ewing as chokers or unfilled potential, but Hakeem only remembers what it felt like to be pounded for 48 minutes a game. For all of our coaching we do from the couch, those inside are seeing a completely different thing than we are.

The big difference is that Dream commanded a double/triple team every time he touched the ball which shifted the defense. If defenses didn't do that, then he would go off for 40+ points every game proven by the 95 WCF. Harden does not do that. He bails defenses out because he settles for the 3 too much. If Harden attacked the basket like he did last year, it would be closer and the result would be different.

Hakeem is the GOAT - An individual who combined the skills of the two greatest and best sports ever to become a once in a lifetime specimen.

Notice how he mentions that Basketball and Football (the real one) being the best sports that require athleticism, toughness, skill and talent. Not one mention of the fake tough guy "sport" egg ball.

Dream was ahead of his time. If he played in today's game, he would be a "stretch 4" who also had a post game that commanded double team.

    Thanks, Clutch!

I'd pay a small fortune to get to watch a Rox playoff game with Dream in a casual setting

    *Derailment alert*

This wasn't exactly the most glowing endorsement for Dwight's future. In his current state, he exemplifies literally none of the qualities Dream outlined.
