How is it possible that a super star propably the best point guard in the nba is only taking 8 shots on a more occasions, i agree it was a migrane this time. but i think Mobley should pass more and Francis should be a bit more selfish, and atleast shoot 15 shots a night. especialy in the clutch.
i agree that steve could score a lot more, and i too would like to see him shoot more. the bottom line though, is we are wininng. if thats what it takes to win, then i'm all for steve taking eight shots per contest.
steve shoots more and people start complaining that he needs to be a point guard first or that we should move him to the two..I think Steve does a fine job with his shot selection: scoring when it is needed and it is there and playing a distributor's role when the defense is collapsing on him.
