Here are some potential targets that the team could use. What do you guys think? I think we need more shooters on this team to spread the floor for Harden. Unrestricted: Courtney Lee, Hassan Whiteside, Jared Dudley, Marreese Speights, Ryan Anderson, Al Jefferson Restricted: Evan Fournier Miracle: DeMarcus Cousins With Dwight more than likely leaving, the team should have a significant amount of cap space to sign a few new players. I really believe guys like Ariza, Brewer, Terry, Smith & Jones should be let go. They've had a good run, but this team need new players and better chemistry.
I don't think Durant will be coming here, and Dwight is pretty much out in my opinion. I think the Grizzlies will keep Conley no matter what.
Courtney Lee and another point guard. Fingers crossed for Aaron Brooks. I feel like he's due for a return.
Always liked AB, good ball handler, great touch around the rim, crazy 3 point range. Great post-season in 2009.
Conley is very likely to re-sign. Durant is possible. More: - Whiteside - Howard - Barnes - Horford - Motiejunas - Pau - Parsons - Llull
Grizzlies have tons of space. They have to rebuild around Conley and Marc, so the will put the max on the table. Honetsly, I don't see Conley leaving the franchise if he's getting the max. Of course you gotta try it to rob him still.
I would go directly to Horford and convince him to join us if Durant joins. He says yes, you take that promise to Durant and say you're offering a coach of his choosing plus Harden and Horford as teammates. If this doesn't work out, we re-sign Dwight at a friendly price and build the team around Harden as best we can with our cap space. Catch and shoot players at the 1, 3 and 4 positions. Dwight and Capela at the 5. Bev, Ariza, Beasley, Harrell are good rotation guys. Young, smart coach. We can build back up slowly. Maybe that's a good enough proposition for Horford too, who knows. I'm just glad we're not capped into this team and we can essentially reshuffle everything this summer.
Was a post on reddit, showing how many millions Durant loses if he leaves OKC. Like 70 million in 5 years.
