I like this, although I would swap Reed and Bregman.

At this point I would say it is Bregman and Martes at 1a and 1b. The number 3 has to be Reed, and that is because his defense is not elite.

Bregman is highly regarded for his bat and glove. And Martes has an elite arsenal for a starting pitcher.

Poor Marlins who traded quite an array of talent for Cosart. Martes and Moran are top 5 talented prospects in one of the deepest prospect systems. And Marsnick, is quite a value as a defensive specialist or 4th outfielder.

    1. AJ Reed..doesn't have defensive tool, but the bat could be special
    2. Feliz..could be dominant, might start in pen just because of our depth
    3. Bregman..no single special tool, but could be a great all around ballplayer
    4. Appel..struggles well documented, great stuff is still there
    5. D Cameron
    6. Martes..love his stuff, still very young..probably highest ceiling of them all
    7. K Tucker
    8. J Musgrove
    9. JD Davis..like his ceiling more than Moran. Nice to have two options coming
    10. D Paulino
    11. C Moran
    12. T Eshelman
    13. DJ Fisher
    14. J Martin
    15. R Ferrell
    16. T Kemp
    17. T White..doesn't seem to have a spot, is he that bad defensively at 1b?
    18. M Sierra
    19. P Sandoval
    20. A Bostick

Just out of curiosity, if we didn't trade Nottingham, where would y'all place him? 5-10 range?

Sounds like everybody is making the mistake of thinking Reed is a poor defensive player.

He apparently already plays a good first base and should continue to get better.

Seems to me like dedicated 1b's are a flaw in prospect ranking systems. They'll seldom rank as high because they are unlikely to grade out as high defensively as other positions, and they aren't likely to have much of a speed tool. But they don't have to. If they rake and crush like a monster and can play a solid 1b, nothing else really matters for them.
